At STRYDE XI, all sales are final.

Due to the limited nature of our releases, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind or incorrect sizing.

Please check our Size Guide carefully before placing your order.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at strydexi.gabriele@gmail.com  with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review each case individually and arrange a replacement where appropriate.

Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
